Hi All, I am CJ's husband, as some of you already know CJ passed away on July 20th after a 4 year long battle with a rare form of cancer. Please know that CJ is now free of pain and at peace. CJ found great joy in sharing her art with all of you here on DA. I wish all of you the best in the coming years.              - Scott

Hi Everyone, I hope this new season finds all of you happy and healthy. I am not really back unfortunately, but I will come lurk with you whenever possible. *** Featuring A Christmas Story by a New deviantARTist Hi Everyone, Last week I was asked by a group of writers to use my image ”Must Have Been The Mistletoe” for a holiday challenge. After some discussions about appropriate copyright acknowledgments I agreed to allow it. I thought it would be a lot of fun to see how a group of writers might be inspired by my image and looked forward to what they might come up with. I am posting an excerpt of one short story for your pleasure. I might add a few more here, or maybe on the deviation itself later, once I have sorted through them and received permission of the individuals, of course.
